A playbook built to go anywhere

Safer streets start with us.

One order, one partner, one city at a time.

The problem

Rideshare solved getting home. It never solved wanting a drink in hand.

People who've “had one or two” still get behind the wheel — not because they don't know better, but because the alternative feels like more friction than the risk. Existing options move the person. Nobody moves the product.

The gap

Rideshare gets a person home. It does nothing for the party, the game night, or the bottle they still need.

The habit

“I’ll just take it slow” is one of the most common reasons people give for driving anyway.

The opening

A compliance-focused delivery option — positioned as the responsible choice — closes that gap.

The human cost

The numbers behind why this matters.

From mission to movement

Safer Streets isn't a slogan — it's what everything we build works toward.

01

A rider chooses Umpire instead of driving impaired

02

A trained, trusted courier gets them what they need, safely

03

Fewer impaired drivers on the road in Reno-Sparks and Las Vegas

04

A visible, community-backed commitment to safer streets

Second-Chance Employment Program

Giving people a second chance to build something stronger, together.

A real job opportunity for people who made a DUI mistake once and are working to move forward — built on trust, and on accountability. A past DUI doesn't automatically disqualify a courier applicant. We review these case-by-case as part of a full background check, provided the applicant currently holds a valid license.

Same track, no exceptions

Same onboarding, training, and certification path as every other courier — never a separate or lesser track.

Real support, real standards

A point of contact for questions and scheduling flexibility around any court-ordered requirements — alongside zero tolerance for any new safety or compliance issue once hired.

16% vs. 52%

Reoffense rate for people employed a full year after release, vs. those who couldn't find stable work

80%+

66%
